I agree that it’s nobody’s business if anybody alters their body. People in the Kingdom Hall are dopes who cannot keep their mouths shut.
People do these things not just because of vanity but sometimes health. Regarding breast implants: this may be ‘vanity’ but understandable such as in the case of after-mastectomy or if somebody is uneven and is bothered by it.
However, if a woman gets beach balls instead of something more conservative, I think she’s nuts because, personally, I think overly large breasts are unattractive. Women in the sex industry want this. But, I think the average woman might regret this and end up getting another surgery to replace them with smaller implants.
