We have indeed done stupid things like Vietnam, like putting really bad Presidents in office like Nixon and now Trump.
However America is a land that keeps your ass and your family from being over taken by Russia. How long could Canada hold out if we didn't protect you?
We have a military ready to die, if needed, to keep Canada safe.

There is no reason whatsoever to openly sell human assault type rifles to the public.
Banning the sale of those guns is one step to curb the preconceive thought by deranged psychopaths of creating a public massacre in a school or elsewhere.
