No. It wouldn't do any good if they do read this.
We've heard AM3 at the very top with his very ignorant ""we are certainly NOT going to do that"",,in regards to their policies like that of disfellowshipping.
I have no reason to believe PIMI elders or the vast majority of elders are any different.
