Philip Brumley going after "Kevin McFree" was just like Saul going after David or Haman going after Mordecai.
Jehovah made sure everybody saw. It's the same thing that's going to happen with all the nastiness the GB/FDS/WolfElders are doing, chasing after so-called "apostates" in "the name of God". Those guys doing the chasing will be exposed.
Jehovah allows the obstinate GB/Pharoah-types enough time to prove how obstinate they are. "Let my people go..." Just like with the disfellowshipping thing - the borg could just let it go - but no, they have to be obstinate. Jehovah's going to "plague" those GB/Pharoah-types/WolfElders by having their JWborgRealEstate/FinancialHoldings/Wealth completely stripped just like it says in Revelation, and then everybody will know that the GB/FDS/WolfElders do not represent God.
(I love the music "Kevin McFree" weaves into the episodes. "I'm wide awake, I'm wide awake..." I also like how he shares scriptures that show the hypocrisy of the borg.)
Jesus said we should keep awake and keep on the watch. The borg leadership is completely asleep as to what is coming for them at the beginning of the GT.
"However, there also came to be false prophets among the people, as there will also be false teachers among you. These will quietly bring in destructive sects, and they will even disown the owner who bought them, bringing speedy destruction upon themselves. Furthermore, many will follow their brazen conduct, and because of them the way of the truth will be spoken of abusively. Also, they will greedily exploit you with counterfeit words. But their judgment, decided long ago, is not moving slowly, and their destruction is not sleeping." (2 Peter 2:1-3)
God's judgment on the borg isn't sleeping. Whenever they (false religionists) are saying "peace and security", they'll get a rude awakening. It's soon.
