I understand about being a loner, or just being alone. Earlier today, as I was contemplating how I never see my family though close by, I figured I simply must accept what is. Some acquaintances are surrounded by family and are miserable. I have made new family and am doing all right.

Last week I went to a job, such as I do every morning.
There was no heat in the building. Somehow, the "keep full" arrangement with the propane company had been overlooked. By the end of the day, the tank was filled and the heat back on.
A little thing, but the owners were pleased I got up that morning!
