Stephanus, I do remember that a woman may teach, but she may not teach babtised males.
I guess that there are no babtised boys in a classroom - otherwise she would be in trouble....

To answer the question: yes, the WTS 'allows' the sisters to teach in schools where they are viewed as doing much the same as public witnessing. In the event that there was a baptised male child present, she would be required to wear a head covering.
Our fair state of NSW is the only one in the Australian Commonwealth which prescribes religious education in schools.
