I'd miss cheeseburgers and meaty pizza too much.
Big Meat Eaters?
I really didn't eat meat (not even chicken but did order good fish if available in restaurants once in awhile) until all the carbos made me feel sugary-sick. I don't think everyone can tolerate all vegetarian. It's difficult because the bacons/burgers/ribs sauced and sodium'd up aren't the best for one. I think you have to be a meat lover to eat the healthier versions of some animal proteins. Lots of cooking required and that's time consuming. I'd rather clean and cut up vegetables and fruits - cook brown rice/lentils if I could still eat that way but my husband would die without animal protein. I've not figured it out yet.
