Your suggestion was a good one, I just so much would love to have a big east coast wing ding - we'll figure something out. No reason why there couldn't be one in Ontario and one here - that way those who couldn't make one could go to the other. One early summer, one late, maybe. Whaddya think?

I didn't know Keji was a JW hangout. It is a beautiful park.

Was thinking there may be a small operation that might let us have the whole place - if we plan well in advance and people make reservations, it could work.

It's only September, good time to start talking, planning like we are.

This is great! Three months ago, I didn't know any other exJWs, now I've met all these great folks. I'm a little bit overwhelmed by it all.

jgnat - I'd love to see that mall - roller coaster inside, sounds cool.

petty - that is a long drive for a weekend, but worth it. I can see how central Canada would be better for some.

Keji has many beaches!! 3 very good ones in the campground part of the park

this is sounding better and better all the time. If people are gonna come to NS, they must see beach, so this works.

funny, isn't it? So many times camping, never at Keji! So shoot me.

There's also canoeing and other stuff for families, or so I've heard? People with children would probably appreciate that.

question:

Isn't Keji a national park? Those campsites usually frown heavily on PARTYING. I just thought of that.

Nova Scotia.

If you have never been to Kejimikujik Provincial Park, Queens County, Nova Scotia .. then your missing a real treat.

It's really nice there. Lots of camp sites for car campers.

And if you have a group that want to camp sort of together.. They have a couple of group camping sites. Pre planning would be necessary.

They also have wilderness sites .. where you canoe into the outback to private site set up with a place to pitch your tent and fire pits and wood supplied..Great sites for the skinny dipper types.

Lake beaches..

Canteen .

ampi theatre to go view in the evening.. if you like. My kids like it.
