The Great, Glorious and Often Wrong Dallas Weathermen are predicting a slight chance of some wet snowflakes this weekend! In case anyone from out of town is wondering what type of clothes to bring, let me give you some advice: in Dallas you really don't know what the weather is going to be, particularly in the wintertime, so bring layers. Right now it looks like highs in the 50's and lows MAYBE close to freezing but maybe not. Maybe rain or snow on Saturday -- but maybe not. And that's as accurate as the weather forecast gets around here.

I can barely wait for the weekend to get here. I've got airport arrivals starting this evening so the weekend starts for me tonight!!
For those of you who would like to join me at my humble hoval, I'm decorating my tree around 1pm on Saturday. I thought it would be nice to have people over who have never had a tree or the chance to decorate one. It's a small tree and it's artifical (I'm allergic to the real ones). I'll be making hot chocolate and cookies. Sounds a little like Martha Stewart...someone save me.
