Many Americans do admire Putin. They love how he dealt with opposition, suppression of gay rights, wars against ISIS, that he is anti-European and anti-catholic. They associates his dictatorial tendencies with strong leadership (regardless that he made Russia less relevant and poorer), and they think man like Putin in White House will return old glory of USA as was during the Cold War.
Hitler promised the Germans an empire that would last a thousand years.
Mussolini promised the Italians that they would become a second Roman Empire.
The Donald promises Americans greatness again.

I don't care how much a buffoon any of us think Trump is, if you really think he comparable to someone who had millions slaughtered, you might need to have your meds checked.

This is a huge country and to judge it by what the media decides to put on air for its viewers is pretty dumb.
We have vigilantes and peacemakers here. It's like any country, but really big and with lots of little countries inside of it. It is truly a wild ride.
It will sort out. There are tons of great people here with good motives.
Now a Bernie Sanders supporter (Professor Cornel West) advocates violence (as long as it is legitimate violence.)
