Does anybody know what this message will contain ? Is it designed to provoke a response that will bring persecution on the religion ? Or is it just going to be some meaningless weak campaign to get the rank and file all excited about it and achieving nothing.
Or is it going to suggest to the Government Officials that this mob could very well be the next Jonestown /Wacol incident and we need to act now.?
Jonestonw/Wacol - scary thought?! Let's go with more cult hype to psych the R&F re/the preaching work re/politicians - or lack thereof since COVID. Maybe they want to make the news re/their preaching efforts.
How about the big church in California - Rev John McArthur/Grace Community Church. He never closed down claiming the preaching work of the christ must carry on -- or something like that. Quite impressive but they only allow about 50% occupancy in the church. He's quite popular - I'd never heard of him.
Their “hard hitting” campaigns are usually just ho hum. Just get the r&f all worked up over nothing. I don’t think they are ready-yet-for a Jonestown event. I’m waiting for when they tell their followers to sell their homes and possessions and send the proceeds to them, which will “bring on” Armageddon.
They are going to write a fairly generic letter and include the 2020 No 2 Watchtower about God's Kingdom. There are a couple of comments in this magazine that might bother some officials but I doubt they will even read the magazine. Likely, it will go straight in the bin.

TIME FOR ACTION.....what would that mean? Politicians to give up their job and then being governed by the great 8 and wait for the end .... in the meantime...who will govern you country, support the weak, the meek the poor, health care, roads etc etc
JW's are in general good in just waiting....waiting for updates on doctrines, waiting for their god to help the weak, poor and meek....

So this whole thing now is letter writing? No face to face witnessing? Seems like an exercise in futility to me....they really think vague mail from religious nuts is going to make any meaningful impression on any level other than the egos of the perpetrators?
I'd say its more of an exercise to bolster the dubs, they will think they are really making a point and that the end is near.
99.9999% of government officials will disregards any message but the millions of dubs will cream themselves over hitting Satan's system hard with a message.
I think the problem or any "persecution" will be because they clogged the mail system during a general election! Many will be voting by mail in ballot, and this campaign starts two days before the presidential election. So officials will be upset, not because of the message in the WT, but the overload on the mail system.

Plus, if I was a High Ranking Politician that was approached by a couple of individuals that handed me a tract stating the Jehovah is about to destroy all the governments in the world----I would just call security or perhaps EMS services to escort these poor souls to a medical facility for the needed help.
Then I would get back to business.
