There was a request for a US map but it never happened.
I'd be willing to do it if anyone wants to post screen name and state. Due to the high number of Americans on the board I doubt I could add cities too.

I have MapPoint... if we can get a list of User IDs and ZIP codes I can generate a map from that data. I've never really messed with it in this manner, but it's supposed to work. (I usually only use it to get driving directions...)
