Obviously not, because you can't point to any law he's broken. Going to court under the laws of the constitution is not breaking the law OR the constitution.

So the company that runs the voting system turns out to have close ties to the Clinton Foundation and George Soros. It's run by dems and funded by dems. They even shared office space.
But now they vanished, in the middle of the night, and have failed to show up for hearings.
All totally legit and nothing untoward going on for sure - and if you actually believe that you are either a liar a fool or a lying fool.
You can tell there is substance to it because the media are in on it and doing their part to distract and discredit.
Once you wake up to it, it's so obvious you wonder how no-one else see's it. It is like the WTS in a way, you first have to be open to the concept that they may not be telling you the truth. Until you accept that then you can't be helped.

Media: News just in - defeated Trump campaign claiming there is widespread voter fraud without any evidence whatsoever!
Defeated? Not decided yet, and fraud should be investigated shouldn't it? Widespread? Who said that? (although there are are a lot of cases). The charge is that it's specific and targeted and they did just enough to win. Typical of fraud - you don't want to over-egg the mixture as you might get found out. You want to do just-enough, which is where they probably went wrong in 2016 - Trump was a surprise and they didn't account for it. They didn't make the same mistake this time.
Until evidence has been presented in court and a decision made, anyone proclaiming one candidate the winner OR guilty of a crime for not accepting the not-yet-decided results is a partisan hack.
The media are not the deciders of legal cases. They have a history of fucking things up badly and causing massive damage when they get involved with trying to be arbiters of truth and legal right & wrong.

I do think this is an uphill battle for Trump and Company. Because they are fighting hardball now against the swamp. I think the four years of this presidency have just touched the surface of how deep and how muddy that the swamp really is.
I think the Biden profiteering is just the tip of the iceberg of what goes on amongst our congressmen and senators and they are all in fear of being exposed. Better to bury this guy in conspiracy theories and inquisitions a.m. alleged scandals before he pulls the curtain back on all the crooks there are in the swamp.

The dems & media have been conditioning people by repeating the story that he'll refuse to leave office if unelected. It is very clear this was part of their plan to add additional pressure to give up when they manipulate the results, but it obviously fooled some people.
But for the simpletons, he is not doing what they accuse him of. He's going through the proper legal processes. This is not what dictators do. In fact, you'll struggle to find any non-legal thing that Trump has done - everything has gone through legal processes even when the dems have obstructed things.
For an example of a real Banana republic president who did actually go against the traditional peaceful and honourable transfer of power, see Obama. He was corrupt and corrupting and we're still suffering the consequences of his behavior. The country went to shit when he got elected, in so many ways.
