The real core problem with the JWS is that they are receiving light from false prophets running their own publishing house.
Those emotional and engaging false doctrines are the foundational structure of what the WTS has built itself upon, corrupt perhaps but nevertheless effective.

I have brought the Russell quote up to JWs several times.
They gave me a deer in the headlights look and ignored it.
I guess the WT got "new light" about what "new light" is.

That Russell quote is priceless. It is more in line with the bible than all the type/anti-type and overlapping generation doctrines that clarify......... absolutely nothing.
I would add that as soon as you quote Russell about anything, JWs get suspicious.
Only an "apostate" would bring up something Russell or Rutherford taught.
It never does cease to amaze me how they can ignore and reject their own early history .and prefer to believe a revisionist version that has no basis in truth.
