Mizpah had a good point about Jws getting around the rules. In the congregation I grew up in all of the sisters decided they were going to have a gift exchange day for the kids because we didn't get gifts for b-days, xmas, etc. and they wanted to give us our own day, so we all had a potluck at the park and had a gift exchange for all of us kids, and we did it in January, right after Xmas. Weird.
