The most ridiculous thing taught by Jehovah's Witnesses has got to be the understanding that they had about the heart. Far from just being something that just pumped blood around the body, it was believed that the heart had influence and motivational qualities, like a second brain. This lunacy was taught until relatively recently.

IN the 70's they proclaimed oral and anal sex wrong and those doing it would be disfellowshipped.
Needless to say those that were handicapped and that was the only way to please their mate were soon being taken in front of the elders.
How sad to take the only thing away from those who were disabled.
They retracted after about two years. I am not sure but you can find it in the bound volume I think around 1976. Watchtower, or 1977.

Thanks, Integ.I think a JC needs to be convened to see whether these brothers committed fornication while being raped in the a$$. Did they cry out? Where they wearing provocative clothing which may have brought on such an attack? Perhaps they wanted to be raped and intentionally placed themselves in a situation where it was bound to happen.
