Yow! Craig you've got to do that every 3 years?! Is there a weakness as a result of your training regimen that would require the scans that often? Bummer. I don't ever want to do anything with Berium again.

Yeah I know how you feel Rocketman, all of my therapists (except one) were female. I feel safer unburdening to a woman.

    hehe...it's just because I'm getting old...decrepicy has it's disadvantages!

Or, maybe, it's just because my doctor needs a new Jag?

happy to hear everything is okay ...

it's hard to trust a stranger that can potentially hold your life in her/his hands. just don't wait so long till next time!!! i felt the same way about going to the doctor, and decided to "interview" dr's till i found the right one. I did, and have been with him for over 12 years now, he is a real friend.

sleeping can be hard for some folk at the best of times. when my ex was working nites, i covered the bedroom window with aluminum foil, and it completely blocks out the daylight. it helped him sleep much better during the day. just a thought.

{{{{}}}} to you. you and nina seem like great people (v. supportive) from what i have read on this forum. been 'through the mill', and still kickin', still with a real love of life and sense of humour. cheers to ya!

mouthy -- Yeah, you're right. I should go more often, I don't know about once a year, but I'm going to try to do better. They want to give me a stress test, so I'll probably be scheduling that soon.

talesin -- Well aren't you sweet. Well when we moved into our current house, I insisted on having the heavest curtains we could find, as well as paper shades. Our bedroom is almost completely dark in the middle of the day. It's great. The doctor told me I need to lose 25 lbs so I'm probably saying goodbye to the hamburger runs at 2:00 a.m. on the way home. Oh but it's so good with a nice glass of wine, great way to unwind and get relaxed. Everything's a trade-off ain't it?
