I still don't get it. Is it allowed to smoke marijuana and hash in a coffee-shop, but not tobacco? People here in Holland , 99% of them smoke it with tobacco. A joint here is tobacco with weed and hash in it. In the States a joint is rolled out of pure weed; without tobacco.
