It would be analogous to attempting to describe what being a parent is like to those who have not raised children. Why do you make that assumption?
I was a christian for almost a decade after I left the cult. I know exactly what it is like to believe passionately in the spiritual.
We all spent years trapped in a cult because we valued faith above facts. Don't expect much sympathy unless you are prepared to defend your ideas effectively. There is no such thing as 'your truth' and 'my truth'. There is only truth versus delusion.
You assert god is love. Others ask about all the evidence to the contrary. Over to you.
