I'll either say "Bless you" or "_______ you", depending on the person.

Seeing as in how I do not believe in God I most certainly do not say "God bless you"
I never understood the whole sneezing etiquette anyway.
Why don't people make some religious phrase or insinuation when someone uses some other bodily function like coughing or farting? God bless you for that too huh?

To be polite, I always say bless you if someone sneezes. When I was a jw, I always felt bad not being able to say it.

Hi Neal, this is something that is not easy for me to say to anyone. I either say the German version, which I think, means Good Health to you. Maybe Animal knows. or I just say " Goodness " and then wash my hands if it's a cashier handing me my change.
