I like the blue. It's a conservative colour and would be easy to mix in with the group.
However red is a power colour and if you are feeling unsure of yourself, red might radiate more confidence and assuredness.
What colour is your hair?

I think the black the red with pale skin may not work, I personally would go with what made me feel great
