Such a manipulative clip. Yes, true, the music industry is fickle and will spit someone out after the popularity wave finishes...BUT it is an individual's choice...NOT an organization's choice to make! Also, what is the difference in "recruiting" young people for the orgs aims?
Will the org support them financially when they are older in this world and have no money because they pioneered during their prime years?? Doubt it!
