Matt 5:27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Do not commit adultery.’ 28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to desire her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
This means that even before someone commits an act that is considered a sin or wrong but does think about it, that person actually already committed that sin or trespassing.
Now read this:
Rom. 5:12 So then, just as sin entered the world through one man and death through sin, and so death spread to all people because all sinned— 13 for before the law was given, sin was in the world, but there is no accounting for sin when there is no law.
This means that there was already sin in the world before Adam and Eve actually ate the fruit. Because:
Gen. 3:6 When the woman saw that the tree produced fruit that was good for food, was attractive to the eye, and was desirable for making one wise, she took some of its fruit and ate it. She also gave some of it to her husband who was with her, and he ate it. 7 Then the eyes of both of them opened, and they knew they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.
So, Eve had a desire to eat which was not allowed. So, she already committed the sin even before she ate. Adam followed to eat. As such, we can only conclude that Adam and Eve were created with sin. As they had no human parents, they could not blame the genes or DNA from their parents. In other words, based on the scriptures about the acts of Adam and Eve, the only conclusion is that Adam nor Eve were without sin before they actually committed the sin or trespassing.
As a side point, it seems the fruit was under a spell. Gen. 3:7 Then the eyes of both of them opened, and they knew they were naked; ...
This means that the bite(s) from the fruit instantly generated a change in their heads. Like magic. You might wonder, what chance did either Eve or Adam have to withstand the look of the fruit.
