Thanks Petra and Atlantis for sending the latest letter regarding the Watchtowers plan for a Worldwide Campaign in November this year.

I am wondering what they are planning to achieve from this campaign, particularly their focus on sending the Watchtower 2020 No. 2, titled "What is God's Kingdom" to politicians, governments (and tribal leaders) around the world.

It would appear that this is their answer to Governments who have put them in the spot light for their bad policies, particularly their handling of child abuse.

This is not about preaching the Good News to Politicians but more of a message about them being overthrown in the near future.

Here's a couple of quotes from the magazine -

Things are no different today. In 2009, a United Nations publication said that bad rulership is increasingly being viewed as “one of the root causes of all evil within our societies.” TIME FOR ACTION! The world needs better rulers and a better form of government. And that is what our Creator has promised! God has set up a Kingdom, or government, that will replace all human rule, and “it alone will stand forever.” (Daniel 2:44) This is the Kingdom for which millions have been praying. (Matthew 6:9, 10)...
˘ End human rulership. God’s Kingdom will take action to put an end to all human rulership.—Revelation 19:15, 17, 18....
Ruling as King in heaven, Jesus will accomplish much more than any human ruler ever could. He will be assisted by 144,000 corulers, who are chosen from among mankind.

There is nothing in this magazine that explains how JWs are respectful of Governments and the extent to which they will be in subjection to them.

The mention of 144,000 co rulers chosen from mankind is interesting because it doesn't mention that they believe these co rulers will be doing so from heaven. Who knows what non JWs will make out of that.

It's clear from the latest letter issued by them in regards to the campaign, is that they aren't the least bit interested if Government officials are interested in receiving their message or not. Instructions are specifically given to work out the number of officials in their local area so that they can ensure that they have enough printed copies on hand to send to them. However, as for sending them out to any other person, they are told -

Publishers will be encouraged to distribute the magazine to those who demonstrate interest

This is the type of arrogance they have in sending out this magazine to politicians that establish enquiries and put the Watchtower on notice but choose to give no apologies or, as in Australia, refuse to join a redress scheme.

It's also ironic that they choose to make a quote given by the United Nations, it portrays a solidarity in supporting their views. They also do the same regarding the WHO.

Campaigns like this are the 0rganization's way of self pleasuring, and this Watchtower issue is wetter than a Bethel dorm pillow.

This message in printed form and instructions to distribute to government officials is proof that the leaders of the Watchtower are just as indoctrinated as the rank and file. They really believe that the "Deity" Jehovah did set up a Kingdom in 1914 and we are in the last of the last days.

This explains why they do all the crazy things that they do that make absolutely no sense. They really believe with all their heart, mind, and soul, that they "Are The Chosen Ones" and the Great Tribulation is just about to start.

In another 5 years more rank and file will wake up, and more old true believers will die off. Leaving the Organization even smaller and weaker than today.

I was thinking there might be some unintended consequences of this campaign, in the USA at least.

At the moment there are problems with the post office because of who the current president put in charge of it. The mail is being slowed down as the country approaches a national election, one in which the current president needs the mail to slow down in order to invalidate a lot of votes that he figures will go against him.

Now add into this mix a WT campaign that floods the mail system with a lot of mail (similar as with Russia), and just at the wrong time for the election (November 2020). I could see how the WT/JWs afterwards could become an easy scapegoat for a messed up election (maybe similar to how Christians became a scapegoat for Nero in 64 AD when Rome burned).

I could see where WT might be inadvertently setting up a problem for themselves and the WT org.

At any rate, not to prophecy, but just trying to put 2 and 2 together. JWs have been pent up (preaching-wise). I could see where many of them would go after this campaign with a great amount of zeal, to the detriment of the postal system, just when the country is needing the post office to work efficiently. Leaving DJT the winner (of the election), and giving him an easy target to pin the blame on for any cries of a foul election.

They are being nothing other than the dopey kid on the school playground that goes up and kicks the school bully in the shin, and then whines about getting tossed to the ground in retaliation. And then does it again, and again, and again; and NEVER learns to quit kicking the bully if you do not want to get your nose flattened.

Perfect timing for November! NOT. Right when everyone will be focused on the most important election in a lifetime.

The WT is recommending to world leaders "rule by god", aka theocracy. It is in effect their November vote.

Most leading politicians apart from the USA president have university degrees in history, politics and economics and are aware of philosophical argument against theocracy which the Watchtower is promoting. It is without doubt the most bloodthirsty and incompetent form of rule ever devised by humans. It is even worse than rule by DJT. Watchtower theocracy is recommending the death of 99% of the population to serve as bird-food. (Theocratic rule No.1-- kill all the opposition, rule No.2 -- enslave and indoctrinate the survivors)......... Not a great vote winner I think.

If the WT don't upset the post system at a critical moment, their publicity campaign will hardly register a ripple at any government level. Its main audience for the campaign are as usual, the brain-dead JW faithful. It will be the GB's attempt to explain that while covid 19 has wrong footed them, they have not been idle. They might as well have remained idle for all the good this campaign will do.

The election is November 3rd, so shouldn’t affect the election much, if it starts November 1st.
