was in a foreign country a few months ago with my wife and her uber pioneer friend and she made a huge fuss about missing a meeting.
Well I do think that this pioneer friend did not actually want to attend meetings,just made a huge fuss so as not stumble/come across as not spiritual etc in front of your wife.
If infact she really was wanting to attend ,she would have organised things better for herself and not missed it.. Believe me coz I have done it.Arranged with the elders of the visiting country, spoke over the phone, got everything down to a tee. Although the KH was 1 hour away, I still made it to all the meetings despite being on holiday. Now I think what a waste of my efforts !. I was OTT. Bottom line if she had really wanted she would have been there.
