If The Mueller Report Doesn’t Prove Trump Colluded With The Russians They Will Still Claim Trump Is Guilty!

But accepting money and bluff information from a foreign country (Russia + oligarchs) …isn´t that a crime in the US?

When did Trump ‘accept money ... from a foreign country’? What in the world is “bluff information”?

    Minimus is a true prophet!

This is where the “witch hunt” attacks on Mr. Mueller may have backfired. For 19 months, Mr. Trump and his team

have had one target to shoot at, and that target has had limited jurisdiction. But now the investigation resembles

the architecture of the internet, with many different nodes, and some of those nodes possess potentially unlimited

jurisdiction. Their powers and scope go well beyond Mr. Mueller’s circumscribed mandate

The overlapping investigations by different entities, housed in different branches of government, spanning

geography and even different governments (such as the New York attorney general’s investigation into the

Trump Foundation), make it difficult for anyone, even Attorney General Barr, to end the inquiries.

Maybe Trump is GUILTY of using a secret billionaire mind-beam to make Hillary commit her crimes!

Oh, sure, that SOUNDS like bullshit sci-fi, but the idea is SO SERIOUS, shouldn't we suspend the Bill of Rights so we can properly investigate?

Let's not forget, Nixon didn't order the break in to the Watergate building. But he did get nailed for obstruction of justice while trying to protect his cronies.

I think, at the very least, the same thing will happen with Trump - even if there's not a clear cut case that Trump was in on the conspiracy - Trump will still get crucified for having tried to interfere in the investigation with corrupt intent.

And, beyond the Special Counsels Office, Trump still faces tremendous legal jeopardy for a whole host of issues including:

    • Violations of Campaign Finance laws (with regards to the porn stars he paid off)
    • Violations of Campaign Finance laws (with regards to his Inauguration Committee)
    • Violations of the Emoluments Clause
    • Money laundering through his non-profit Trump Foundation
    • and tax evasion and bank fraud through the Trump Organisation

I'm sure I'm missing a few more - but you get the point. Trump's legal woes don't end with Mueller.

...and CodedLogic, are you willing to let YOUR people (Bernie, Hillary, Pocahontas, Pelosi, Maxine) be subjected to the same exploratory anal probe?

    Of course not!

Honestly, I don't know why you're calling them "my people" but I strongly believe that no one should be above the law. And, regardless of political party, everyone should be held to the same legal standard.

I think we can all agree that calling Secretary Clinton ugly doesn't make President Trump any prettier. And, if it came out that Hillary committed some horrible crime - it would in no way exonerate Donald from the vast and sprawling legal problems he currently faces.

The thing is that Mueller investigation was biased since the beginning...(remember the famous dossier), and now it seems to go endlessly, each time the partisan rancour increasing like a biblical damnation. This is a childish thing, dangerous for the country.

What about focus on rebuildig infrastructure, solving the intractable immigration problem, facing all those geopolitical tensions or the forever increasing debt...

But no, I just read that the New Jersey Senate pass a bill that could keep Trump out 2020 ballot...c'omon people, all here are Americans, not enemies to each other.

I definitely understand your disdain for political bias - especially when it comes to our justice system. But I don't think that's the case when it comes to the origins of Mueller's investigation. Allow me to give you two pieces of information that may change your mind:

Mueller is an honorable man and a dead serious prosecutor. He will give no leniency nor quarter to political bias.

Coded you are incorrect on both counts. The whole situation was a see up. As far as Mueller is concerned, he has shown his biases and his history as an investigator is nothing to be proud about
