The rank and file have to be told that the preaching work is increasing. The just can never be told otherwise, it would cause doubting and great dissent. Kind of like a slow exodus. -

If people only listened to the GB they would know the truth sam herd at the AGM said that 1000's of people from bethel were not needed so they got sent home to do wordly jobs and the only construction work around the world would be warwick and that the watchtower and the awake would only be printed bimonthly from now on (meaning they would not be printing 52 million magazines a month from jan 2016)
