While I am fairly certain that SheilaM is a very enjoyable ride let's not overlook the joy of riding solo.

Yes, well, LB, if we include workouts on the stationary bicycle, then perhaps Thunder got nuthin' on me. but then again, who knows? This guy might do some solo riding himself? And SheilaM definitely pedals her own bike sometimes. Zowey !
I think we should donate these two to the national zoo for an exhibit!
