You know DeeDee.......I say that us "moms" should just show these guys what a good time is, eh?!

I am really looking forward to getting away.....not that I don't love my kids, but damn.......this mom needs some downtime!!!!! Also looking forward to some warmer weather....so Brother Valis, dear, think you could arrange that for me? With all the great organizational skills you possess, I would think that a little bit of sunshine and warm weather should be no problem for you!

Here's a prime example of Texas weather: yesterday the weather report said it was going to be partly cloudy and 43. It snowed. And if it hit 43 at any point in a 24-hour period I wasn't around to feel it. Fortunately, our District Overbeer always travels prepared, and he kindly put a tree branch in our fireplace, so we had warmth. And look! it was good. And there was beer. And look! that was good too.

Today, however, is gorgeous. I think your chances of warm weather on March 1st are actually pretty good, unless the Canadian Apostates bring one of them there Arctic cold fronts with them.
