Seriously, with so many people going, there are bound to be differences of opinions and tastes. Trying to keep a group this large together may be a hard task. Im sure some will go one way and some may go another. I dont think anyone will take it personally.

I know I had wanted to stop at some shops. I promised my son I would buy him a hat to match the cowboy boots I got him last time I was down. I hope I dont upset anyone if I have to slip away for awhile. Im sure I'll be getting on your nerves by then anyway.

Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing some of the highlights of Dallas, while I'm there.
The zoos and Museums are on my agenda, for during the day, on Saturday. The nights will take care of themselves

I'd like to hit a local church, on the Sunday, too - the bigger the better.

As stated - each to their own - we'll all be meeting up all over the place, anyhow.

Okay, I have to share this story cuz I'm still laughing my ass off about it and Sloan is such a good sport.

So I'm on the phone with Sloan last night and she asks "So we are all going to see a band in Dallas?" I am confused, think I missed something- and I ask- "what band?" So she says- "just a sec, pulling up the thread, I think it was Little Feat or something" The next thing she says is- "here it is "Little Toe Coming to Texas! Apostafest TIME!"

I'm now laughing and I tell her- "Little Toe is a GUY"

Well, the laughter continued from there and we're wondering if she can get a cd autographed by Little Toe.

It was very funny!!
