For decades I heard people say "If I was an elder,I would change this or I wouldn't allow that.Brothers and sisters alike would always try to get the ear of an elder so as to enact a particular cause.Everybody has their own pet peeves in a congregation. Knowing what you know now, if as an elder you could make a major change in the congregation or organization, what difference would you make?.....this is hypothetical so it can be answered by male or female.

I would enforce a system whereby the needs of the congregation, not the company, came first.
After all any organisation is worth nothing without the people in it.
