Death is too easy for these kinds of criminals. And a "cushy" prison cell complete with all the sex they can handle is certainly no punishment. I believe that work camps should be established in a very remote place like an island of maybe north of the artic circle, and they be forced to work or be placed in solitary confinement...their choice.
