I wish she actually was coming to see you again. Thank you for bringing this forward for the newer members. It does show people who have been blinded that the WTS has a lot of issues. As I've said before, when I was little, my mother told me that one of Satan's primary goals is to break up families. When I see what the WTS does, I truly believe that Satan runs this organization, not God.
For me, I know my father regrets not seeing his son and his grandchildren. Yet he won't set up any sort of meeting and if he does accidentally call them (because he hits the wrong button on his phone), he back peddles like crazy when my brother tries to arrange a visit. The WTS has messed up so many people and their families. I sure hope they can be held accountable one day.
