You guys are silly.
If you notice throughout the publications, photos are licensed from all sorts of places and no it isn't bad to license one from the armed forces. In that logic any non-JW source would be of the same standing.
the bros just make an "artistic" choice and I don't think money or license fees or what the source is makes much difference at all. Who knows, someday we might even see a small print with: "Larry Flint Enterprises, LP"?
