Do you ignore certain posters?

  Other people whose threads don't get as much play as they should.

  "Somebody" AKA Gwen....

  Her posts are well thought out, and reflective and yet seem to disappear into oblivion.

  Although Siegswife doesn't start many threads, her responses unfortunately seem to be the supreme thread killers....too bad because she has good things to say.

  I truly miss Focus.....

  I try not to respond to those who are here to "preach" to me....AGuest (Shelby's) stuff I don't find offensive, strangely. Perhaps it's because I'm vacillating between there being a God and there not being a God. As Englishman would say, I'm covering my bases, LOL.

  It's a shame Maximus and Barbara got R U N N O F T (see O Brother Where Art Thou).

  I wonder would they consider coming back? I'm sorry they didn't see that the vocal few don't speak for the majority.

  umm not particularly. I used to read every post, and comment on most, but now I don't have near that much time, so I guess I do gravitate to posters I enjoy reading and threads that sound interesting. I spend time in chat, and read what I can. Some threads are great, but take too much out of me to respond to, and I feel bad about that sometimes, but other times I spill my heart out so maybe it all evens out eh???

  I dont ignore the posts, Im just like that brother who always sits in the back of the hall and hardly ever comments but pays close attention to the others.

  Actually Im too busy to read every post.

  But, since I have a crush on Lisa, I make sure to read all her Posts!!

  Reasonable, decent topics don't always get many replies. Thats the way it is. People don't always respond to say...'Hey that was a decent, reasonable, topic.' The default position of most folks....is that they post nothing unless it is of particular interest...or they want to keep their post count up . You can't judge a topic by the replies it gets. But what the heck. We are not that concerned about it, are we? You post what you want...and thats about it for me. If you are craving approval...it is probably a carry over from the WTS days!

  Sometimes a post can be so well thought- out, that there really is nothing more u can add to it. It's hard to respond when someone points out a whole new perspective on something. When that happens i feel its' better to leave the thread as it is, rather than spoil it.
