Any forum / blog should set links in user-generated-content as "nofollow" otherwise you are just painting a huge spam target on your back.
There is still value to links though and google use it as a factor so the donotlink site is probably of some use although I think it would be optimistic to imagine it will get widespread use.
Ultimately though, I don't think any link-juice that goes to jw.org is really going to make a huge amount of difference. People can easily find them if they want and know they are the official site.
What matters more is that there are real life experiences posted that are also searchable so anyone who is doing a modicum of investigation can find the real truth about them.
I think sharing your story and experience and contributing to a friendly, welcoming and supportive community is more beneficial than blocking direct links. I guess both would be best?
