Most JWs from western countries that have no real experience with
the atrocities that go on in the name of religion, if came face to face
with an angry mob and witnessed an actual execution of one person
(let alone billions), would literally $hit themselves and cry for their mommies.
That's the reality.

You're right, it seems JWs don't have much of clue about what goes on in the world.
Take a look at the last four or five 'watching the world' articles on jw.org. We find not one word about the many atrocities committed by extremists - for some unfathomable reason WTS thinks the rise of atheism in Japan or alcoholism in Outer Mongolia is more newsworthy.

And don't forget one of the biggest threats to hetrosexuality the scurge of "homo-loving tight pants".
A big banner held up at the Melbourne international convention had the usual JW.ORG on it, plus a chilling sentence that Im sure would freak out the community:
"we are all in this fight together!"
Seriously....that's what it said! Isn't that the sort of thing that 'religious extremists' in the Middle East say?
