Crisis of Conscience (4th edition):
Downloadability is really a thing. Manners makes man, sorry book. I mean the way how it is downloaded or purchased can be more important in a sense. I'm afraid CoC should be under a destiny that it would be circulated in pirates' ways forever. Don't CoC and its readers deserve a good dignity?
I'm begging legally rightful managers of those books(CoC, iSoCF) to return that dignity to ex-JW and JW and humanity.
We will pay.
Another Ray from Korea
I've come to the conclusion that if Cynthia Franz really wanted Ray's books kept in the pipeline she would have appointed someone to make that so either in print or electronically.
... she made no plans to continue the publishing of his books or that perhaps Ray did not give her explicit instructions to do so.
With all due respect to Cynthia and the brilliant efforts of Ray, leaving no explicit instructions does not inhibit future action by those who see value in resurrecting the book in written form. If the book resides in the public domain then anyone can pick it up and start printing.
I wouldn't suggest just printing the book without doing due diligence in search of a copyright holder.
There were sone threads on this forum about the copyright holder of coc.
It's a woman named Dykstra. She promised to make it available legally, but nothing really happened.
Here are some threads:

http://www.commentarypress.com/copyright/ has the latest news on this as of the end of June, 2016. It seems to be coming along!

It seems the Rothschild family has successfully halted any further reproduction of Ray's books... This has reached a dead end.
