I am, and my wife never believed me that a sudden bright light can make me sneeze.

Apparently a third of humans are photic sneezers. Although the exact mechanism isn't fully understood it may be that a strong signal in the optic nerve can stimulte a nearby branch of the trigeminal nerve.

Its time to come out the closet and be proud of your crossed wires.

If I am on the annoying verge of sneezing/not sneezing I look up at the sun or a bright light and this helps me finally sneeze.

I was not aware of this condition until I noticed that my 6 year old daughter always sneezes when she is exposed to a sunny bright light.
