But you don't need to search far to see that it's a teaching of the WT:
I believe this info is now being taught to the elders when they attend the full week KM School.

Interesting OP. I enjoyed reading it. My whole experience in WT backs up his claims, my CD has improved now. What I liked best is the loaded language about maturity. It really means obedient without question. I always had questions, so I was viewed as disobedient. Things are much clearer now. No additional evidence required.
