I have been trying to remember the name of a female country singer who did a remake of "I Can Hear Music" by The Beach Boys. She blue the original out of the water. The Beach boys sang back-up.

I have a question for all you remake people out there, who was the orginal singer of Proud Mary? Tina Turner or Credance Clearwater revival....? Sorry I do not know, I am too young to remember but I love both versions
