This is typical watchtower double speak , if for example their were no more memorials held for whatever reason the WT would say , see we are the true prophets.
If on the other hand their will be more memorials held , again for whatever reason ,they will say the rank and file read too much into what was actually said.

I had an epiphany 2 years ago with a similar question, but my answer was definitely in the affirmative; "Will this be my last ever monetary contribution to the WTBTS? Yes!".
Will this Memorial be our last? (1 Cor. 11:26) We do not know.
