    You guys hit all my favs.

    I like the "The Shawshank Redemption" because it's a metaphor for my getting out of the Watchtower Society. Finally having the courage to break free of one's mental prison bonds is so wonderfully portrayed in this fine film.

    "12 Monkeys." After hearing about Armageddon for 30 years in the Dubs, I have a fascination for "End of the World" movies. This has the added element of time travel. Other favs in this category would be "The Stand," "On the Beach." A real funny one is "Dr. Strangelove."
