Really close. What is required is verbs of the same form, in this case either gerunds ["ing"] or infinitives ["to" plus verb].

"to eat, to drink and to be merry," or "eating, drinking and being merry."

In a parallel universe people work hard at eating, drinking and being merry while enthusiasically walking on nature trails. They also have laws prohibiting the use of proper grammar during punctuation free holidays. My friend May who calls herself Shay though everyone knows her as nancy loves these special days and always prepares chocolate covered grammarettes for all her friends.
