I am sure the UN could care a flying heap about the WTS's internal doctrines. That has no effect on their mandate.
As for "hating" the United Nations? The WTS can take a number.

The average person in the JW religion is in a news blackout, unfortunately. I didn't find out about this until I was into my "fade" and was doing research on the internet. Yep, they managed to keep this relatively secret until somebody stumbled upon the info.
I believe this is the reason the religion wants ignorant rank and file members who are too poor for internet service!
