When you acknowledge a persons authority, it does not mean you trust them
Me and my Ol' man got stopped one night by an officer who was kicked off the force
a few years later because he racially profiled folks. Mostly Mexicans and Blacks
No we didn't like his tone. But we complied and went on our way

Yes and No. I think we are all capable of lying, and telling the truth, we all have limited ability. Why should human institutions be any different than the human population in general. So my trust is based on what the situation is and what are the circumstances I have no broad catagory to lump them all together in.
