A pioneer couple I knew were on their way to a circuit assembly in Norval, Ontario. They were bringing a bible study with them. On the way they had a car accident, and the bible study died in the crash.
Why is this experience not related at assemblies?

When I became a pioneer, I did not get so much as a puppy.
I knew of an old JW couple whose only son died in Vietnam who adopted/fostered 2 teenage sisters.
They set about terrorizing the parents and burn quite a large sum of money the parents had.
They were eventually returned some how. Never heard that experience at an assembly.
