It is very much up to the whims of the three elders you get assigned, and unless something new has been published I am unaware of, there is very little in the Shepherd book on the specifics to guide them. It's up to their gut and how much they like you.

how you can do it within days. Talk with your elders and
tell them satan convince me to look at apostate sites. Now
I realize this is the truth, they lie. Never would I ever consider
looking at this kind of filth, they are definitely under the control

You tell them that, they will reinstate you before the next assembly.

It's what you expect in a religion that is half Pharisaic. It is up to each body of Pharisees to determine what constitutes "repentance". Obviously, the witlesses are not a pure Christian religion--as if even pure Christi-SCAM-ity was itself any good (condones homophobia, slavery, torture and murder to force people to become members, sexual repression). But, throw in a dose of the worst form of Judaism (Pharisaism), and you might as well use a Ouija board to decide when to be reinstated.
