raven, what you are talking about isn't porn but snuff, which is at the same level as child porn and i honestly doubt women appear to be "willing" in those. readily available porn has nothing to do with kidnappings or the like. not saying that everything's flowers and sausages in porn land. on a second thought, yes it usually is.

Have you seen the show Dave's old Porn on Showtime..
They show old 70's 80's porn clips with comedians and former stars..it's funny..
but a point they made on there is, when porn started the women were in it for the thrill and the sex .. now it;s all about the MONEY

until you realize that the movie taken is fake but what happened in the movie happens all the time,do you honestly think most of the females do it willfully,maybe some but im sure alot of the girls that ppl get there jollies off to are forced into it. i use to watch it before i was a christain and just thinking about the sex slavery and the more ppl watch it the higher the demand,and the more girls will be victims. it turns my stomach to think about what happens to these ppl

Linda Lovelace, known for her role in the iconic "Deep Throat" said in her late years that she performed many of the scenes in that movie at gunpoint. But I agree that it is the exception. Most actors in the industry do it willingfully for the easy, quick money. And apparently it pays well.

Lets no confuse the N.American Porn Industry with what happens in other parts of the world like Thailland, India and other palces were women are forced or sold into the sex industry.
There are many reasons to hate porn if one so chooses.
That many women now view it as "just a job" where they can make money having/selling sex, means it is a form of prostitution.
Not something to be viewed as "ideal" or "desirable" for any women, IMO.
