    Canada has fighter jets. I wonder what we keep them for.

    Was just looking at the Daily Mail news from India. The IAF is training very heavily on their own; it cited an excercise with over 100 hundred aircraft; and also will be partciapating again in "Red Flag" at Nellis AFB in Nevada. I believe I must correct myself regarding the need for pilot training in India, if they are sending pilots to Nellis; home of the Fighter Weapons School, then they are advanced. Of course it did not mention that they were attending FWS but you can be sure they would exposed to some of the instructors and their advice. India wants a first class airforce and wants to know how to employ it.

    Isn't Cananda part of NATO? (I was thinking they were) I think Canada also partners with NORAD for air defense from threats over the Arctic circle (aka Russian strategic threats).
